POP Nutrition | Corn Sweet Pepper and Pickles Salsa



  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 sweet orange pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups cilantro, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Cooking Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
