I dared to be different tonight and go with my gut feeling and make a Asian inspired dish. This one took me years back to my favorite Chinese Carry out place in DC, that is unfortunately no longer there. However, I am very happy I found this recipe and used it for m y inspiration and what a great one it was.
• ¼ cup vinegar
• 3 tbsp. soy sauce | use Bragg’s Aminos for Gluten Free version
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 1 tsp. ground coriander
• ½ cup peanuts, dry roasted
• 1 tbsp. Harissa Americana (click here for homemade recipe)
• 1 tsp. ginger powder
• 1 tsp. Shriracha
• 3 garlic cloves
• ½ cup sesame seed oil
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until uniform.
