Workout Breakdown:

  1. T-Grip Deadlift
  2. T-Grip Plank + Jump Tuck
  3. T-Grip Squat + Alternating Leg Kick
  4. T-Grip Push ups + Leg Extension
  5. T-Grip Stationary Lunge (left leg)
  6. UGI Ball Ball Pass Through
  7. T-Grip Stationary Lunge (right leg)
  8. UGI Ball Opposite Arm + Leg Reach
  9. T-Grip Side to Side Lunge
  10. UGI Ball Side to Side Oblique Jumps
