Summer is over but Holiday season is going to be here before you know it. Also, I had my blood work done before going on vacation and it is not what I would ever expect it to be. It comes up I have high cholesterol and blood sugar levels. My doc said I was pre-diabeteic, and I have a few others things that are far from optimal for someone my age. I would say this was a shocker. I consider myself pretty healthy. Such a bummer, really.
