- 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp. fried garlic flakes or 2 fresh garlic gloves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Add a bit more olive oil (1 tbsp. at a time) if you would like a more liquid consistency.
