Bikini Competition WOD | MTRW 26 | TRX Super Sculpt

Hi guys,

Hope your week is going great and here is your Bikini Competition WOD | MTRW 26 | TRX Super Sculpt.

You will need a gymboss timer and TRX or other suspension trianer . Set up your gymboss timer for 4 rounds of two intervals: 15 sec break x 60 sec work

Superset #1

  • sprinter start
  • bi-ceps curl

Core 1

  • Cross-core criss-cross abs

Superset #2

  • Unilateral Cross-core lunge | jump-lunge advanced
  • TRX triceps extension

Core 2

  • Suspended mountain climber

Superset #3

  • TRX side lunge
  • TRX fly

Core 3

  • TRX boat
