Aerial Yoga Fitness 101 | Part 1

Hi guys,

Hope all is good since Friday is here. I am working on getting back my upper body strength and nothing better then aerial fitness. We already have Bikini Competition Prep | MTRW 16 | AirFit  and Pilo-Yoga | 90 Day Challenge | Day 33 focused around aerial fitness. But I realized it will be helpful to get to know he exercises and how to do properly. So here is the first in the series of the Aerial Yoga Fitness 101:
