        • 3 rounds | 4 supersets | 8 exercises | up to 2 min rest max between supersets
        • Exercises:
          • Superset 1:
            • Squat – 15 reps
            • Skip rope – 50 reps
          • Superset 2:
            • KB unilateral lunge – 15 reps on each leg
            • High knees
          • Superset 3:
            • push-ups
            • Jumping jacks
          • Superset 4:
            • Pull ups
            • KB swing
