We are officially doing Pilo-Yoga for 90 days or 3 months – 3 days a week and this is day 30. Like I said I messed up with numbers and it seems like we are just in month 1 but why stop if good things are happening, my elbow is better and the knee is growing stronger so we will keep going. And by the end this will be a library of 90 workouts – pretty sweet.
