POP Nutrition | Crab Meat Omelet with Broccoli

HI guys,

We are cycling our nutrients to giant eh best bang for what we eat considering we are not taking any supplements and getting lean will require a lot of effort and planning without ability to take protein shakes so that makes a just another great case for crab meat and eggs – both great sources of low-fat protein. Here is today’s low-carb and high-protein meal – Crab Meat Omelet with Broccoli:

Carab Meat Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/3 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1/3 chopped chives or scallions
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 4 oz. fresh lamp crab meat

Cooking Steps:

  1. Pre-heat  a heavy bottom pan, add oil, move around to cover the pan.
  2. Add crab meat and cook for 2 min.
  3. Add eggs, egg whites, scallions, and cheese. Cook for 3-4 min or until egg yolk is cooked but still runny or not 🙂
