The workout will consists of three parts for 3 days out of the week on the other days you will just do Pilo-Yoga:

However, if your are just looking to workout a specific body part then MTRW Focus is the place to be. and today’s special is Lean Triceps:

  • 4 rounds | 2 exercises | 25 reps each
