POP Nutrition | Date and Peanut Butter Granola Bar

Hi guys,

I have been sick and finally getting better so we wil be back with more 90 Day Pilo-Yoga Challenge and POP Nutrition posts. Today’s pre- and post-workout treat is Date and Peanut Butter Granola Bar

Ingredients:

Cooking Steps:

  1. In a glass taper ware place water mix all the ingredients besides chopped peanuts. Date and Peanut Butter Granola Bar batter
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 220 C.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and press the mixture firmly into the pan. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and press them in to the flat granola.
  4. Cook for 10 min or until edges are golden brow.
  5. Let cool a bit and then cut into square pieces. Date and Peanut Butter Granola Bar cut cooked
  6. Enjoy as a post or pre-workout snack or as an afternoon healthy flat abs snack option.Date and Peanut Butter Granola Bar 4
